If it was during slow season and you know you were gonna have open rooms anyways should’ve let the reservation stick until a couple hours before thinking that she was going to finally get to stay and then cancel it

How and why you would you ever let her stay to begin with when you knew or found out she had 2 dogs with her and when you realized she was using a “gift card” I’m confused as to why yall wouldn’t have just told her to leave when yall noticed and not waited until she checked out!?

I worked in multiple pet friendly hotels and while 99% of pet owning guest are just fantastic and grateful guest, that 1% is more often than not in the top 10 of the WORST GUESTS you could ever have!!! 😖🤬😤
