it all depends on the type of missing is she still here or is it a death anniversary her birthday after death for one I'd say I miss her cause I'm going on 4 years of being a widower and I miss her everyday but most days are worse then others

My father once picked me up from the airport after coming home from college to visit. He told me he planned a two week vacation trip for just the two of us starting at that moment. I was thrilled. I didn’t spend much time with him growing up. Three days in to our road trip vacation, he told me he missed my mom and asked if we could cut the trip short. Any other reason might have bothered me but I loved it even more knowing that my father loved my mother. We went home and I have a greater love and respect for my father than before. Anytime an employee asks me this, I let them go home. I do ask them to just find a good point to wrap up what they are doing so it’s easy to comeback and start the next day.
