I sprained my knee on a 20 mile hike in May. I had to use a stick for a week while it recovered. I’m a slightly overweight millennial who dresses alt. Mortifying.

As a disabled person who's paralysed from a 40ft fall I can tell all of their mobility aids (specifically wheelchairs) aren't customised for them because they never got any diagnosis or measured for a wheelchair. It's always a clunky hospital wheelchair they find at a landfill or charity shop because they truly don't need it.

I mean i get calling people out for faking but realistically this is just gonna harm young people with mobility disabilities who dress alt cause they will get lumped in with the faking it crowd. this is happened to me so many times when im in crutches
