you will see more and more of this. as the war against landlords continues, and they arent making money, this is the future. so get a co-op together, buy the building as a group and live there. and for those who say Sireg is a super rich company screwing the poor folk, well, bankruptcy says different.

The management has an owner or owners which is serig run by.if serig doesn’t pay it’s up to the owners or owner to go after management not the clients or renters.
