When my sister and lived on goat hill we saw the same legless figure walking on a dirt path by our backyard. You can hear his footsteps walking on the dirt path but can only see from it’s waste up. Crazy thing is that we were teenagers when we saw it not knowing the other has seen it too we are in our 30’s and just found out we had experienced the same thing.

Hidden Lake High/Secondary School on 7300 and Lowell is haunted. If you go down to the bottom level floor, there's a boy's and girl's bathroom down there that is very dark and definitely haunted.
