في مرحلة من المراحل، رح تاخد بالك إنّو التطور الحقيقي مش معناه إنّو تصير شخص تاني، بالعكس، معناه إنّو تصير نسخة أوعى وأقرب لحالك..❤️

“You have to lift heavy weights to build muscle.” BULLSHIT! That’s bodybuilding myth number two, and this one needs to die. Now, don’t misunderstand me. I love lifting heavy. There’s nothing wrong with moving some serious weight. But here’s what people need to understand. Your muscles don’t know how much weight is on that bar. They respond to mechanical tension. You can load up 400 pounds, shorten your range of motion, bounce the weight around, and let momentum do half the work. Or you can grab a lighter weight, control the eccentric, get a good stretch, and take that muscle close to failure. Guess what? That lighter weight can absolutely build muscle. Now, the weight still needs to be challenging. You can’t just wave a couple of dumbbells around and expect to grow. And progressive overload still matters. But that doesn’t always mean adding another plate. The goal isn’t to move the most weight possible. The goal is to make the muscle do the work. Now I want to hear from you. Are you still chasing numbers in the gym, or have you learned to make lighter weights feel heavy?
