I’d actually slightly disagree. I think a lot of successful people are wired differently in the sense that they genuinely care about the smallest things. Having an eye for detail isn’t always something you can just switch off, even if you try. It becomes so deeply ingrained in the way you think and operate that you naturally carry that same attention into every aspect of your life, not just your work. It’s almost like for some successful people , that attention to detail isn’t a distraction from success . It’s part of what made them successful in the first place

It’s always executive assistant and their assistants. But to be able to find and executive assistant who can be with you for decades and know what you want without you saying out laud is hard.
