My take. If we don't own the games we purchase, stop charging us the same price we would pay if we were buying the game. Also there's no way a digital game can cost the same price as a physical copy game. End pre-orders. Why preorder for digital content? PSN isn't gonna run out of codes on release day. It's just a money grab and a marketing lie to propel their sales figures. When PlayStation Network decides to remove games (for whatever reason). Every customer who purchased that game should be refunded. Financially refunded, not that bs store credits. Since PlayStation is going fully digital, they need to start unfracking their arse backwards dumpster fire of a Customer Service.

personally I don't care if there is physical media or not. I haven't purchased a physical copy of a game in years. my issue is them saying we don't own it. if I click "BUY" then I damn well better own it.

If digitial only is only a cost issue, then they’d put a clause in their contract that digital licenses could never be taken away for any reason

Only games I buy comes on a disc. Digital only I would want a physical copy on a drive that can be played without internet for 30+ ofdays. Do I own it or not?
