@moeezx24: You paid $1,200 for the best camera Apple has ever made, but Apple ships it with its BEST settings turned OFF by default. On purpose. I found 6 settings that are disabled out of the box, and they are literally the reason your photos look average. Fix these tonight and your photos will look instantly better: 1. TURN OFF LENS CORRECTION Go to Settings -> Camera -> Turn OFF Lens Correction. Apple automatically corrects lens distortion and it flattens your detail, especially in low light and ultra-wide shots. Turn it off, take a selfie and an ultra-wide shot before & after and keep the look you like better. 2. SWITCH TO 48MP Go to Settings -> Camera -> Formats -> Turn ON High Efficiency + Resolution Control. Your iPhone 14 Pro and newer, and ALL iPhone 15 & 16 models have a 48MP sensor. Apple sets it to 24MP by default. You are literally using half your camera since the day you bought it. 3. LOWER YOUR EXPOSURE When you take a photo, tap your subject. A little sun icon appears. Drag it DOWN. iPhones overexpose almost every single shot. That's why skies look white and faces look washed out. Dropping exposure makes colors richer, skies deeper, skin tones more natural. The easiest pro trick. 4. LOCK YOUR FOCUS Tap and HOLD your subject until you see AE/AF LOCK at the top. If you don't lock it, your iPhone keeps refocusing while you are trying to frame the shot. That's why people, pets and kids come out blurry. Rule: Lock first. Shoot second. 5. TURN ON ProRAW (Pro Models Only) Go to Settings -> Camera -> Formats -> Turn ON ProRAW & Resolution Control. Normal photos get compressed the second you take them. ProRAW keeps ALL the data - shadows, colors, highlights stay 100% editable after. Use it for photos you actually want to keep and edit. 6. FIX YOUR SELFIES Go to Settings -> Camera -> Turn ON Mirror Front Camera. Your selfies are flipped by default. That's why your face looks weird in photos but normal in the mirror.
