When I was in HS it was pour, I had to walk 2 miles home. Half way a car with a husband and wife pulled over. I kinda didn’t want to and They said “you don’t have to tell us the house just let us drive you closer!!! Please!!!” And as I was getting out the husband said “never get in anyone else’s car EVER!!!!” 😭🤣

As a bus driver with over 50 kids it's important Parents teach ur children their stop location this is very common. In busy traffic I let 15 kids off my bus, checking traffic, checking for strange activity and being sure the kindergarten and 1st graders go straight to Parents. Sometimes talking to parents about something that happened on the bus or at school. Its alot... give drivers some grace this job not easy
