I will never understand employees that never turn an eye to someone taking necessities when the company makes millions or billions and they even have insurance for this stuff it’s just crazy and heartless especially because there are no other resources or options for people! There’s not other ways and resources don’t exist as much as ppl think. Sometimes this is the only option or fkn begging and ppl just treat you lower than them or ignore you. Ppl should be given resources or help when stealing groceries or human necessities.

I remember when I was 16 working at a grocery store and I saw a mom who was stealing baby diapers, wipes, water and apples and I just let her. I also used to pay for drinks for the homeless because wegmans would kick them out even though we had free water.

Man damn that, if I were the employee, I would’ve been the one to give it to her. A few years back, I was shift lead a a pizza joint, I went outside to take out trash and deadass saw a guy eating out of the dumpster, and for sum damn reason he apologized. Told him to come inside and gave him 2 fresh pizzas. I be damned if I care more for a job than a human💯
