I am 43 years old and I’ve never had Botox in my life. I don’t regret it at all because I don't really have noticeable wrinkles. Instead, I learned how to do facial massage and face yoga. I believe that strengthening facial muscles in a controlled way also stimulates the underlying bone structure, which helps minimize age-related bone loss. This principle is actually backed by science and known as Wolff's Law—bones adapt and strengthen under mechanical stress. That’s why I’m all for learning how to control and train your facial muscles. It worked really well for me! I only have mild lines when I smile really big, but other than that, my skin is smooth and it doesn't bother me at all. So this is the one thing I disagree with, but otherwise, everything else makes total sense!

I agree with the lip filler, the botox, but not the laser hair removal for us blondes….unless someone is not a true blonde. Lol.

Yup did the Botox for 12 years and the laser hair removal about 10 years ago. I’m 37 and definitely agree with those two. Lip filler can make some faces look older so I’m not trying it anytime soon.
