Year 7 mind you and he’s having a rookie o-line still and his WR1 is technically QJ. Other QBs within their 2-3rd year have the team needed built around them already. The bears were building for Caleb before they even drafted him. The Chargers organization is a joke.

he did when Williams & Allen played for them 3+ years ago. Williams retired last year and 3rd & Keenan is on the Colts or in jail. Q has butter fingers, Ladd is good when he isn't hurt, Hampton does the heavy work if he can hold onto the ball & Mitchell can't hold onto the ball to finish what Hampton started. Harris is a hit or miss. The 4 starting rookies on his OL can only do so much. His "#1" is a 2nd year backup in Gadsden II.
