Aerospace engineer here, the MKV actually did not use propulsion anything like the tesla roadster. The roadster used cold gas thrusters which are commonly used on large spacecraft for attitude adjustment and are basically just tanks of compressed gas. The MIV used impulsive chemical rocket boosters that fired for a split second to create impulse and not continuous pressurized gas release like the roadster.

An empty shell with juuuuust enough battery and power to drive for an hour or so at "show" speeds. For this model, anyway. And that pressure vessel is a BOMB. While technologically impressive, (if it's real), it pales in the face of the very real problems and threats that we are all soon to face. So forgive me if a kick flipping car that uses existing technology isnt groundbreaking for me. Also there were zero physics discussion in this video.

"it naturally refills over time" uhh no the fuck it does not 🤣 That car does NOT have the machinery to compress at 10k PSI on-board. Hell, it doesn't have the CAR bits on board. It's a shell. It'd be way too heavy to do that otherwise.
