I came into the facility last week and my coworker said our resident who has sleep apnea and was actively passing and has trouble breathing had a high heart rate and BP and I walked into the room... HE WAS LAYING DOWN FLAT WITH NO MACHINES ON AND SHE HADNT CHECKED HIM IN 4 HOURS. AND SHES THE ONE GETTING THE DAYS OFF I REQUESTED MONTHS AGO
