Oba is almost mirroring Brock Lesnar's booking his first year. Brock won the WWE Championship 6 months after he debuted. Oba is way behind schedule if we're using that metric. Brock had way better competition than Oba did as well.

I am the biggest oba femi fan but beating Bronson like that rubbed me the wrong way so bad

My 1 problem with Oba which can easily be fixed is that he’s not selling any of the moves because you can still be dominant and make your opponent look strong as well

Definitely booking him too strong! How are you going to have a a guy that loses to Ricky Saints in NXT with a basic move, but have him kick out and no sell two brass knuckles hit to the jaw and a tsunami. Nothing wrong with Oba himself, but the way they are booking him to be this unstoppable force is ridiculous. Like he said, what happens if he stays in this trajectory and beats Roman, what next for him then? They need to humble him a bit I think

IWC wouldnt have survived Lesnar, Taker, Hogan, Goldberg, Batista or any other strong character. You want 50/50 booking? He is being portrayed as the next big thing, when he does lose it will be a big deal. Everyone wanted Oba this whole year, and now like clock work the IWC is crying when its happening.

I really liked how he was booked on NXT. Incredibly strong but the right opponent with the right story can beat him. Right now, its a little much. Like a brass knuckles, and tsunami still kicking out is a lot. So i wonder how they power him down eventually

the Way Oba Won against Reed immediately put me off him
that Finish did absolutely nothing for both men
