Fold in the Cool Whip until light and fluffy. 4. Stir in most of the chopped Snickers, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts, reserving a little for garnish. 5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl. 6. Top with the remaining chopped Snickers and chocolate chips. 7. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce. 8.
