I’ve healed mine to a really good level but narc men set me off. I’ve been talking to one long distance for close to 2 years. I think he loves making me spiral but it’s so hard to let go. 🙇🏻♀️There are so many people that will take advantage of people with BPD. They love having the identified patient. I don’t give it to anyone anymore.

My aspd ex would do it for fun 100% luckily for me im bipolar and not BPD . My narc mom fails all the time, im hard to rile up, I don’t drink because of how much easier it makes a crash out actually. Gray rock. Only way

I go through periods where I block anybody who I don’t need to deal with on a professional level if they don’t actually accommodate my triggers. If they say anything I blame it on my phone and I think they know I am prob lying but can’t really call me out without calling me a liar

I had someone try to do this at a party last year and I knew exactly what was happening and I was like "so are you trying to show off my BPD like it's a party trick or what? that's so creepy you should see someone about that" and just went about my business 💀
