Was working a triple, coffee Machine was out, I was struggling. A coworker who happened to be a Dr. I hardly knew outside of work, showed up with Burger King. I can’t stand mustard or ketchup. When I tell you I was so grateful I inhaled that food faster than she could blink. I don’t think we ever really spoke after that, life moved on I changed jobs, but I think about her often.

I cried when a customer bought me chocolate covered strawberries because he asked me if they were any good and I said I don’t know, no one has ever bought me any. We only sold them during valentines but he wanted a special order for his anniversary. I got him hooked up with the people in our store that knew how to do it/if we could. I helped him. Went on break. Came back and had a package waiting with a note. He told my coworkers “she said no one ever bought her any and I wanted to change that” 💕💕💕 I was 22 and I STILL remember this. I’m mid 30s now
