I tested positive with the 24 hour urine, N-Methylhisramine.. I put an iced cooler in the restroom with me, and transported it on ice.. I’m still trying to figure out how to get better, but I do have a diagnosis.. it’s honestly exhausting.. I had to self diagnose, no help from my provider..
