I found MOST of my family room this weekend, (my desk in the corner is another story) enough of it that I could vacuum, dust and Lysol before closed door season, we have 4 neurodivergents under 1 roof, so it’s often a struggle, but the family room feels amazing now!

You need a "clirty bin"! Things I want one more wear off, things I changed into when I got home to be comfy but then never left the house in, or cooked in, did much of anything in except wear for a few hours on the couch.

I was crying because I need to clean and technically have the energy but then I think "okay but if I do x then I HAVE to do y" and then overwhelmed and stuck doing none of it and screamed internally for doing nothing. Legitimately didn't occur to me I could just do the one thing... Still isn't ngl, but I stopped crying so thank you!

decision fatigue is a real thing. Thank you for validating so many of us that get overwhelmed at the thought of making a decision. I fear that a lot of it comes from fear of making a mistake or being told, "don't be stupid. whats the matter with you" anytime we made a choice.
