Something that I have learned through many years of therapy is that letting go is not the same as forgetting. you can forgive and let go of a grudge and still never forget what they did. That is okay. You deserve to be able to do with those memories as you see fit, they are yours afterall. Don't let them take up more of your life than they already have🫂

Tbh bro God real showed me how to control my anger now and tbh my emotions in general. And he did it by a way I’d only listen and that was by losing someone I really thought I loved and I genuinely learned to let go because not only what God has for you will always come back but it also shows peoples true hearts and color so God has helped me be stronger
