Yes, that’s the Medicare site CMS Ben Insurance for years healthcare know exactly what you’re talking about. It’s not rocket science and it’s definitely not some thing that just came out. It’s been there for years.

it's not perfect. for example I looked up a back procedure that I had done and my insurance company had requirements for PT and chiropractic care prior to the ablation. So they can have extra requirements.
