Its a bad habit I want to break. People assume I have issues with them when I cant/dont speak but thats not true and at that moment I cant explain myself. Like when my grandpa passed a few months ago, I couldn't speak to anyone because the news was only a night old and someone I know assumed they did something to upset me when that wasnt the case. I couldn't even correct the assumption at the time because I didnt want to cry.
