Landlord...... Use a 3-Day Notice to Quit without the right to cure under California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1161(4). The landlord(s) can be held liable for the tenants actions if they were informed and something happens. 🧐🤔🤔🤔👍

Same thing happens in Eucalyptus Grove also located in Chula Vista. The faculty doesn’t do anything about shit. They just tell you to call security which is never around and when things really go down they just excuse it as if nothing ever happened. I swear there are no background checks for the people moving in. As long as they’re getting paid safety for everybody doesn’t matter.
