I promise you leaving them is hard in the beginning but life gets so much better finding a good crowd of friends distracts you,blocking them so you don’t think about them and when you start to think about them distract yourself or it will be very hard for you trust me someone that treats you bad will never change and that’s why I had to learn sadly 💗
