I HATE when I see "Ex-Google", "Ex-Netflix" etc in folks title or bio! It's secondhand embarrassment

It’s too performative to participate. Like I have a job, but why am I updating all these random people?

I made a post on there a year ago (I was going through a major mental crisis bc of my career lol) that was basically like “this place sucks, everyone’s a liar, and all of you are pretending to be happy when you aren’t” and my entire network ate it UPPPP 😭 Haven’t posted on there since and never will again

Deb the Recruiter :
Y'all are late....LinkedIn was thriving about 10 years ago..it's turned into Facebook and now...TT. I used to get all of my recruiting jobs from LinkedIn. When I post positions, I get tons of applicants, so it's still good for sourcing candidates
