Seven surahs open with one word, and in the order of the mushaf it walks through time. Then the seventh turns, and speaks to you. سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى "Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High" (87:1) So when your forehead meets the earth and you youareanswering itien، are bowed with you.
