Where is the BEST place to find Xiao Long Bao in London? 🇨🇳🥟 XLB (not xl bully 🤣) but XIAO LONG BAO are these delicious Chinese steamed soup dumplings filled with meat and hot broth and they are one of my favourite foods ever!! I first tried them last year at Nanxiang in Shanghai and I have been OBSESSED ever since. So of course I had to try and find some in London, but the task has actually been pretty difficult. After a quick Google search, I saw that Dim Sum Library in common garden is apparently one of the BEST places to have xiao Long Bao in London. Firstly the service and the interior here were both 10 out of 10 so I was already impressed from the start! Food ordered: - Traditional xiao long bao (£11 for 3) - Dan Dan Xiao long bao (£11 for 3) - Waygu beef puff (£16 for 3) - Ginger and lobster bao (£16 for 3) - Wagyu foie grass beef fried rice (£25) - Hong Kong egg tart (£8) Both the traditional and the Dan Dan super dumplings were amazing, but surprisingly, I actually preferred the Dan Dan ones!! The Waygu beef puff was SO good and so crispy. The ginger and lobster bao is a MUST order it was so fluffy and delicious. The fried rice came HOT and was very well seasoned. The egg tarts were a really good end to a great meal! I think the prices are really given the quality of the food and the service!
