@panthermartialarts1: A LIVING LEGEND 🥋 Great teachers create great teachers. And the legacy continues. For over 40 years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from the extraordinary Great Grand Master Michael Avent. What has always impressed me is his ability to take traditional martial arts knowledge and make it practical, effective, and relevant to the world we live in today. Watching him demonstrate self-defense techniques with my son, Shawn Jr., reminds me of something I’ve carried throughout my own teaching career: knowing a technique is one thing. Understanding why it works and being able to teach it is another. At 56 years old, I’m still honored to be his student. And seeing that knowledge continue through another generation is something truly special. The greatest lessons don’t end with the teacher. They live on through those who carry them forward. 🥋 PANTHER Martial Arts #MartialArts #SelfDefense #GrandMaster #PantherMartialArts #creatorsearchinsights
