In this situation where they have cc of doom. Don't swing in main, go left, shoot from a distance, bait attention, go around the back and try to bait any cooldowns as you speed in from behind. If they don't have to divert their gaze, why wouldn't they all just annihilate you like they did here? Instead if you force attention away from your team and focus cooldowns, you will be much more successful in the future on ball.

Try to bait cooldowns before your slam. Also use your shields as extra protection not as a self heal. So in this situation, on your upswing in the middle of the enemy team.
