Thanks, Crystal. I really needed this. Having a rough time I just found out, but I’m really sick. And right after my job canceled it’s my medical insurance. So I’ve been in such a state of depression. I’m trying to still pull myself up every day and tell myself suck it up. But sometimes it’s so hard. I need motivation right now … so thank you have an amazing weekend 💕

I named mine. When I feel it coming on, we have a chat and I explain why I can’t have them over. Same thing with anxiety. They are still there, but they stay on the back porch of my mind and I can only visit them after work. Sounds dumb but it helps.
