A little solo spa date because I’ve made it a priority to romanticise my own life. 🤍✨ I recently spent the day at Coconut Lodge & Wellness Spa in Midrand, and honestly… this was the kind of reset I didn’t know I needed. From the moment I arrived, everything felt so peaceful and luxurious. I enjoyed a beautiful massage surrounded by so much greenery that it genuinely felt like I was being massaged in a garden. The perfect combination of nature, quiet and relaxation. My package included the spa facilities, a complimentary welcome drink, access to the heated pool and jacuzzi, and of course, my treatment. I also loved that there’s food available on-site, so you can easily make a full day of your solo date, food is purchased separately, but everything else was included in my package. And can we talk about a HEATED pool and jacuzzi?! Because nothing says take your time, you have nowhere else to be like that. Lately, I’ve really been intentional about taking myself on solo dates creating space to slow down, enjoy my own company, and simply be grateful for where I am in life. Sometimes self-care isn't about doing something extravagant; it's about giving yourself permission to pause. 🤍 So grateful for days like this. For peace. For beautiful experiences.
