@enoughbread44: $65,000 a year to manage reindeer and Northern lights-themed experiences at an Alaska waterfront lodge Pike's Waterfront Lodge in Fairbanks, Alaska, is hiring someone to manage its brand-new wellness program, and this is far from an ordinary hotel job! Located along the Chena River, the lodge is launching Pike's Wellness Journey, combining relaxation, Alaska-inspired attractions, and outdoor adventures. Guests will be able to explore a Borealis Salt Cave, enjoy Arctic Glow Hydromassage, relax in an Aurora Discovery Sound Lounge, and follow an outdoor circuit featuring reindeer. The program also includes special date-night experiences and excursions to Chena Hot Springs. The person hired will oversee these activities, manage employees, coordinate guest schedules, and help launch the new program. It's a full-time, year-round management position, not simply a job watching the Northern Lights. The salary can reach $65,000 depending on experience, with possible performance bonuses, medical benefits, and paid vacation. Applicants need at least two years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, tourism, wellness, or a related field. The advertised start date is November 2, 2026, and applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis. For someone who's always dreamed of living in Alaska, this could be a pretty unusual opportunity Source: CoolWorks / Pike's Waterfront Lodge / Image for illustrative purposes only #fyp #viral
