I love this analogy!! And often the highest power is honestly given to those who don't seek it, but instead seek righteousness. I love the story of Joshua for this reason. A man who was sold into slavery, falsely imprisoned, and forgotten about became the second in command of egypt, because he helped others and stuck to his morals. And his own brothers who had previously wrongly stolen his power from him, in an attempt to gain power themselves now had to bow in front of him.
