Doing this will make many Ugandans open accounts abroad. Government simply needs to fix their corrupt behaviors. They are so quick at asking for money which they use in wrongful ways, and now they are stuck. Coming up with fake and bogus suggestions. Mbu "anyone caught using charcoal or trading in charcoal will be dealt with" they are now trying to promote dangerous gas products. All of a sudden they want bank to step into people's accounts. Basically to steal more money.
