@abc7ny: Hazmat teams and law enforcement responded to the Bronx district office of Rep. Ritchie Torres on Friday after a staffer found an envelope containing a white powdery substance. Torres said the proper authorities were notified and tested the substance, which turned out to be non-hazardous. Darla Miles reports.
