For many years, I primarily used a digital Bible. 📱 But at the beginning of this year, I decided to buy myself a physical Bible—and I specifically made sure it was a journaling Bible so I could write notes, underline Scripture, highlight things, and make little notes in the margins. And honestly? I just find that I like it better. ❤️📖 But that’s just me! Everyone connects with God’s Word differently, and both physical and digital Bibles have their benefits. 📖 PHYSICAL BIBLE • Helps me slow down and really focus • I can underline, highlight, and write notes in the margins • I remember where things are on the page • It’s easier for me to reflect and study without phone distractions • Over time, my Bible becomes a record of what God has been teaching me 📱 DIGITAL BIBLE • Always with you on your phone • Easy to search for a verse or topic • You can have multiple translations right at your fingertips • Great for Bible reading plans and devotionals • You can listen to Scripture while driving, walking, or working out So which is better? Honestly… whichever one gets you into God’s Word! 🙌🏼 For me, though, there’s just something special about opening a physical Bible, turning the pages, highlighting a verse, and writing a little note beside something that speaks directly to my heart. The goal isn’t the format. The goal is knowing God’s Word and allowing it to transform our lives. ❤️ “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” — Psalm 119:105 ✨📖 Who owns a physical Bible these days?
