Hospitals SUCK out here, my daughter had an incapsulated cyst growing on the side of her face. I took her to every hospital in Las Vegas and absolutely nobody could figure out what was going on. Seeing my baby in so much pain like that was traumatic! They just kept telling me to give her ibuprofen and Tylenol and hope it goes away. I took her to summerlin hospital and they wanted to take a sample of my daughter’s face to figure out what it was, I said nope. I went to a hospital all the way down in Mexico and they figured out what it was right away and prescribed her the proper antibiotics that made it go away completely. After weeks of being misdiagnosed and given all kinds of antibiotics, she finally got relief and it went away on its own.

How does these young children get Kidney failure at such young ages? I have seen some cases because of underlying health issues like lupus or born with complications. God bless she gets a donor and the continued treatment

I've said it many times las vegas sucks in Pediatric transplant, we go to salt lake for all of her post transplant treatments.....my daughter had a transplant at 6 years old

If you investigate the amount of negligence in hospital how they treat patients in er and get dismissed sent back home to follow up with primary care. And just give Tylenol ibuprofen and in severe case morphine care is horrible now small rooms patients in chairs with whole bunch of strangers coughing all together is horrible the health system now

Keck- in Los Angeles has a kidney exchange program that might help speed the process. I ended up donating my kidney to my husband almost 3 years in November
