@lorigriffiths107: Back in Frankenmuth for the first time in my adult life… a place where I spent so much time as a little girl polka dancing with my grandparents. ❤️ Travel budget? ZERO. But sometimes your girls recognize that your soul needs a day away and say, “You don’t need money. We got you.” After finding out yesterday that surgery #28 is Monday… my soul definitely needed this day. Today we celebrated the lives of people we love. Some moments were planned, some weren’t, but through all of it, we showed up for each other. We remembered, laughed, felt all the feelings, and supported one another the way women should. I believe God puts people in our lives for the exact moments and chapters when we’ll need them most. He knew what yesterday would hold, and He knew whose company I would need today. Life can absolutely knock us down. And while getting back up isn’t always quick or easy, who we surround ourselves with makes such a difference. Sometimes we need someone to sit beside us. Sometimes we need a hand up. And sometimes we need girlfriends who say, “Get in.
