if this seals, someone's going to use it on their interior doors and someone in that room is going to die of carbon dioxide poisoning while using a heater. or if they have a gas powered water heater near a room sealed this was. there's a vitally important reason that manufacturers don't install these types of seals when they build a home.

you installed it wrong. It goes in the frame and the flap comes open when you close the door on it. plus you cant use it on the bottom you need a door sweep.
