Established as a utopian community in 1843, Fruitlands was once home to the Alcott family, including a young Louisa May Alcott, who would later become the famous author of Little Women. Today, the property features historic buildings, fascinating museum collections, Native American history, beautiful walking trails, and breathtaking views of the surrounding New England landscape.
