I knew some hospice nurses that went to patients homes. All I knew was they would order more cards of pain meds than what was needed. They’re supposed to turn in to be destroyed but wouldn’t turn in every thing! That was 38 years ago so I’m guessing they wasn’t being watched close enough. So I’m sure some patients didn’t get what they needed so they would have more for themselves
