jju needs to get checked by an ortho :< i have scoliosis, and it makes my back hurt sm even at a young age. there are times when i can't sit or stand for too long, and i can't even lift heavy things. i really hope he gets checked too :((

I have this from time to time and I swear, it's the worst pain possible 🙇♀️I literally can't get out my bed without my face, facing the back first coz I I can't sit up straight without feeling any pain
