Yes but also I wouldn’t use a hard tool to get brownies out of a pan if your brownies are softer. Use smth like a plastic or silicone spatula ykwim

They look fine to me, youre just using the wrong utensil to get them out. Also I can't tell from the video but if they're still very warm, they won't hold their shape as well.
