And souls are prone to greed." 📖 وَإِنْ تُحْسِنُوا وَتَتَّقُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا • تُحْسِنُوا = fiʿl muḍāriʿ majzūm by إِنْ, the nūn dropped • فَإِنَّ = fāʾ in the answer of the condition + harf nāsikha • خَبِيرًا = khabar kāna manṣūb Meaning: "But if you do good and fear Allah, then indeed Allah is ever Acquainted with what you do." 📖 وَلَنْ تَسْتَطِيعُوا أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ • لَنْ = harf naṣb and nafy for the future • أَنْ تَعْدِلُوا = maṣdar muʾawwal, mafʿūl bihi of تَسْتَطِيعُوا Meaning: "And you will never be able to be equal between wives, even if you should strive" 📖 فَلَا تَمِيلُوا كُلَّ الْمَيْلِ فَتَذَرُوهَا كَالْمُعَلَّقَةِ • لَا = lā nāhiya, تَمِيلُوا majzūm • كُلَّ = nāʾib ʿan al-mafʿūl al-muṭlaq, muḍāf to الْمَيْلِ • تَذَرُوهَا = manṣūb after fāʾ al-sababiyya Meaning: "So do not incline completely and leave her hanging" 📖 وَإِنْ تُصْلِحُوا وَتَتَّقُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا • غَفُورًا = khabar kāna, رَحِيمًا a second khabar Meaning: "And if you make amends and fear Allah, then indeed Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful." #quranicarabic #learnarabic #arabiclanguage
