I've had couple episodes. when I was younger. constant watch couple days. force committed. white pants shirt slippers. took my food in my room. didn't join the reindeer games of group. just slept so peacefully. the whole time. evaluation time. I said what what was needed to get back out there. there's no 3 times a charm. everything's not ok but everything's OK enough for me to handle.
