My ex best friend. Our plans always revolved around what man she was seeing at the time. It was EXHAUSTING. thank god I deaded that friendship because of that and so many other issues. it's been peaceful 🥹

I’ve struggled heavily with being self critical. Dealing with trauma,depression and anxiety is a big factor. I went to dbt therapy to help my self esteem. It’s something people genuinely struggle with. Sometimes it’s hard to always shove it down.
