it is what it is, and you will have to lump it, the Philippines won't change for you mate, 1) paper work came from the Spanish, 2) morning means afternoon, 3) traffic is caused by ridiculous road layouts, some are mind boggling, to get from A to B just drive like a Filipino, there is a code, and it ain't your highway code 😂
