we just had 5 illnesses run through our house in 2 weeks. 2 kids with HFM, oral thrush for the baby, conjunctivitis for me, all four of us (2 kids, mum, dad) with a cold (a combination of 3 different viruses) resulting in infections for the 3 year old and all four of us with gastro resulting in severe dehydration for the baby who is now constipated...... thank god it is spring for us and we are coming out the otherside of a rough winter.

I’m so sorry!! If that trash can is a puke bucket, I line them with layers of trash bags or plastic grocery bags and then just tie up and throw away - instantly ready for next use. It was a game changer for us!

Sending you luck! We just got over the norovirus hitting our house 2 weeks ago (took a week to get through everyone). I bleached and sprayed everything with hypochlorous acid and it still got my husband and I 😭

I’m genuinely sorry because I know how stressful it is to have sick kids. Our kids are the same age and have been sick so often throughout summer and still dealing with it now. It’s the constant recommendation for allergy meds, saline and humidity but I swear NOTHING is working. Hang in there and there is rest coming soon!
